From Monday 22^nd September 2025 we will be moving to a triage-based appointment system. This is in line with upcoming requirements from the NHS and the Department for Health. We feel this is a great opportunity for the practice and our patients.

From Monday if you wish to make an appointment, you will need to fill out a simple online form first. The easiest way to do this is via the NHS App on your phone or by visiting www.keatsgrovesurgery.co.uk and selecting “Contact Us Online (AccuRx)”. The information you give us will be assessed by a GP in practice who will advise you of the best course of action and arrange any appointments required.

Don’t worry if you cannot access online resources, our reception staff are available to help but all requests will still go via the new triage system.

We hope that this new system will make accessing services at our surgery quicker and easier as well as ensuring patients get the most appropriate care.
