Our GP practice has moved to a triage based appointments system. This is to ensure patients are care navigated to receive the most appropriate care. This helps increase capacity, reduce waiting times and improve patient care and safety.
The simplest way to access the triage system is via the NHS App, by clicking on "Contact us online, Including Booking Appointments (AccuRx)" on our website homepage, or by following the link below.
Online Triage Request
You can do this 0800 - 1830 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
If you are unable to use online services you can call the practice on 01902 731907 or attend in person anytime between 0800 - 1830 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) where a member of staff will assist you in making your triage request.
All requests will be acknowledged and responded to within the same working day.
