The Surgery is open for collection of prescriptions, to call in to book an appointment and for specific health clinics but our telphones are switched over to the Our of Hours Service. If you feel you need to see a GP or need medical advice, between the hours of 1.00pm to 6.30pm, then please call 01902 902613.
Out of Hours GP Service
This service operates from 6.30pm until 8am Monday to Friday and all day weekends and bank holidays. Please ring 111 for an appointment.

When to use 111
You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.
Call 111 if:
- you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency
- you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
- you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
- you need health information or reassurance about what to do next
Emergency Department (A&E)
The Emergency Department (A&E) is intended for patients who have received a serious injury, sudden severe Illness or a medical emergency.
Only attend a hospital Accident & Emergency department in the event of an Accident or emergency. An emergency is a critical or life-threatening situation, such as:
- loss of consciousness
- acute confused state and fits that are not stopping
- persistent, severe chest pain
- breathing difficulties
- severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
- severe allergic reactions
- severe burns or scalds

Dial 999 - Life threatening emergencies
Call 999 in a medical emergency – when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Medical emergencies can include:
- loss of consciousness
- an acute confused state
- fits that are not stopping
- persistent, severe chest pain
- breathing difficulties
- severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
- severe allergic reactions
- severe burns or scalds
Call 999 immediately if you or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke.
Every second counts with these conditions.
Also call 999 if you think someone has had a major trauma. Major trauma is often the result of a serious road traffic accident, a stabbing, a shooting, a fall from height, or a serious head injury.
